Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, all sales are final once work has commenced. However, we understand that situations may arise, and we strive to be fair and transparent.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A written request for a refund is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase or project start date.

  • The service has not been substantially rendered or completed.

  • The reason for the refund is valid (e.g., duplicate payment, technical issue on our end, or failure to initiate service within the agreed timeframe).

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have been delivered or largely completed.

  • Custom work that has already been initiated.

  • Missed appointments or failure to provide necessary materials/information from the client.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • Please notify us in writing at elementale@icloud.com as soon as possible.

  • If cancellation occurs before any work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any processing or consultation fees.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be returned via the original payment method.
